Question 1

Can I switch between plans?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can upgrade at any time: new features are activated immediately and the cost is calculated pro rata. Downgrades apply at the end of the current period. Any reconfiguration work is always communicated in advance.

Question 2

Are there activation costs?

Accepted Answer

No. The Start, Grow and Pro plans have no additional activation costs, and neither do the Base and Smart plans: you only pay the fee for the plan you choose. For the Enterprise plan, any costs are assessed case by case based on configuration and customisation requests, and always agreed before launch.

Question 3

Who is the Grow plan for?

Accepted Answer

Grow is designed for growing energy communities that need more monitoring, reporting and communication tools, without yet requiring advanced automation.

Question 4

Who is the Pro plan for?

Accepted Answer

Pro is ideal for established community managers or consortia who want to automate processes, manage incentives and payments, and get priority support.

Question 5

Who is the Enterprise plan for?

Accepted Answer

The Enterprise plan is designed for established energy communities, consortia or organisations that need specific integrations, custom flows or dedicated levels of control and support. It is the right fit when standard plans do not cover particular governance, data or process needs.

Question 6

Is the service compatible with existing energy communities?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We can bring Lampante into energy communities that are already up and running, after an initial technical check. Integration happens with no loss of historical data.

Question 7

Who is the Smart plan for?

Accepted Answer

The Smart plan is designed for those who want to go beyond simply viewing data and start monitoring, understanding and optimising their consumption continuously, including through smart devices and personalised suggestions.

Question 8

Can I activate Smart even if I’m not part of an energy community?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The Smart plan can be used outside an energy community too. If you join a community in the future, the features adapt automatically to support you in sharing energy as well.

Question 9

How does the Smart plan trial work?

Accepted Answer

You can try the Smart plan free for 15 days. During the trial you have access to the plan’s features and can cancel at any time before it ends, at no cost.

Question 10

What do I need to activate a plan?

Accepted Answer

All you need is access to your meter’s consumption data. No complex technical work or mandatory installations are required.

Question 11

Do I need Lucci or Spinì to use Lampante?

Accepted Answer

No. The devices are not mandatory. Lampante works without Spinì and Lucci too.

Question 12

Can I activate individual services without a plan?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Some services and modules can be activated separately. Contact us to find the best solution for your case.

Question 13

Which payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept the main digital payment methods, and bank transfer for business contracts. Full details are always shown before you confirm your subscription. Custom payment terms are available for Enterprise solutions.

Question 14

Can prices change?

Accepted Answer

Prices are valid for the contract period you choose. Any future changes are communicated in advance.

Question 15

How do I cancel a plan?

Accepted Answer

You can cancel your plan at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, with no penalties; until then you keep access to the features of your active plan.

Question 16

Does the subscription renew automatically?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Subscriptions renew automatically at the frequency you chose, unless cancelled before the renewal date.
